The Bradford City Water Authority offers for sale 1,288,540 net board feet of marked sawtimber and 357 cords of pulpwood on Authority property, Marilla Flats Timber Sale. Sawtimber volume by species is: Soft Maple 78 percent; Hemlock 10 percent; Black Cherry 6 percent; Hard Maple 5 percent; and Miscellaneous 1 percent. Sale also includes cull trees that must be felled. Sealed bids will be received until 1:00 PM on Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at the Bradford City Water Authority, 28 Kennedy Street, Bradford, Pennsylvania 16701. A money order, certified check or bank draft in the amount of Ten Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($10,000.00) payable to Bradford City Water Authority must be submitted with each bid.
