The Bradford City Water Authority offers for sale 264,060 net board feet of marked sawtimber and 232 cords of pulpwood on Authority property, Compartment #9, Willow Creek Timber Sale.  Sawtimber volume by species is:  Black Cherry 1 percent; Ash 26 percent; Hard Maple 1 percent; Soft Maple 68 percent; Cucumber 3 percent; and Beech 1 percent.  Sale also includes cull trees that must be felled.

Sealed bids will be received until 10:00 AM on Wednesday, December 5, 2012 at the Bradford City Water Authority, 28 Kennedy Street, Bradford, Pennsylvania 16701. A money order, certified check or bank draft in the amount of  Five Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($5,000.00) payable to Bradford City Water Authority must be submitted with each bid.
